Notice to participants

The Organising Committee of the 10th Business Forum of the Greater Caribbean wants to remind all those interested for informational purpose that they are asked to convey, within a period not exceeding two days (Wednesday at midnight), the information related to:

1. The composition of each delegation (number of persons)
2. The type of products they plan to exhibit and activities they intend to undertake
3. Their respective flight number
4. The arrival and departure dates of delegations, groups or participants.
5. The activities in which the Group intends to participate: Roundtables, Conferences, Exhibitions, One-On-One Meetings
6. The number of the stand selected online
7. Customs formalities needed (Indicate the way by which products will come the Haitian territory: ports, air, sea or land, with proper documents
