The spoken, written, televised and electronic media will be present to cover the forum. They will be admitted to the meeting room at the appointed time, in coordination with the staff assigned by the host country and the ACS Communications Officer, with the approval of the organizer.
Journalists must wear their badges when entering the meeting room and during cultural or social activities.
